Correct color code: We guarantee that the color code we provide matches your vehicle's manufacturer specification. If the color code is incorrect, you get your money back.
Pay only when found: You are only charged when we find your color code. If we find nothing, it costs nothing.

Guarantee Terms

Refund for incorrect color code

If we have provided an incorrect color code, you are entitled to a full refund under the following conditions:

Requirements for refund:

A clear photo of the color code in the car (usually located in the door frame, engine bay, or trunk)
Alternatively, a written certificate from your brand dealership or authorized dealer
Time limit - Claims must be made within 6 months of purchase

Important to note:

Service books may contain incorrect color codes and are not accepted as sole evidence
Color codes may have different designations depending on the system. Even if the code we give you is not identical to the one in e.g. the service book, the shade is usually exactly the same.

Compensation for incorrect products

If you have purchased products (spray paint, touch-up pens) based on incorrect information from us, we can compensate you for product costs up to €50. Contact us for help with claims.

Important limitations:

We do not compensate for damage caused by applying incorrect paint
We strongly recommend always test painting on a separate surface before applying to the vehicle
We are not responsible for any mistakes made by paint dealers. Therefore, always check that the information you provide is correct before ordering.
The customer is responsible for providing complete and correct information to the paint dealer
Warranty does not apply to vehicles that have been repainted or modified after factory delivery.

Customer responsibility when buying car paint

When buying car paint, you must always provide the paint dealer with the following information:

The color code in its full format
Registration number or VIN number
Vehicle year model
Manufacturer and model
Vehicle color (e.g. black, blue, red, etc.)

Legal Information

Limitation of liability

Our total liability to the customer is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits.
